Scope of Responsibilities:

 Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products in a designated region.
 Coordinating sales projects.
 Travelling to visit potential clients.
 Meeting regular sales targets.
 Establishing new, and maintaining existing relationships with customers.
 Recording and maintaining client contact data.

Scope of Responsibilities:
 To have a thorough and complete knowledge and understanding of the General Contract, each Subcontract, the contract drawings and specifications.
 To review and approve all time and material work vouchers and invoices.
 Receive, review, forward and track status of submittals and change orders.
 Track and inspect material deliveries.
 Monitoring of Materials.
 Preparation and submission of evaluations and technical reports.
 Estimates various project material needs.
 To maintain good relations and communications with all involved in the project including the public.  Handles all MDCBP Subcontractors in the project;
-Gives the Sub Contractors Site Instructions
-Accomplishment Monitoring
-Weekly Billings

Scope of Responsibilities:
 Performs Quality Tests of Soil and Soil Aggregates.
 Performs Quality Tests of Coarse and Fine Aggregates.
 Conducts Field Density Test (FDT).
 Determining Compressive/Flexural Strength of Concrete Samples (Beams and Cylinder) using Test Machine.
 Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
 Supervise effective implementation of all test and inspection schedule.
 Review quality of all materials at site and ensure compliance to all project specifications and quality and collaborate with department for all material procurement and maintain quality of materials.

Scope of Responsibilities:

 Assists the Engineers on various matters and accomplish tasks given by them.
 Surveying and establishing reference points and elevations to guide constructions.
 Visiting road construction sites.
